If Luther were alive today ... he'd be on the Web

Martin Luther's impact as one of the greatest religious reformers was due in part to his use of emerging technology. It wasn't quite Cyberspace. In the 15th and 16th centuries it was movable type, and through it he gave common people easy access to his translations of the Gospels, his writings and sermons. The rest, as they say, is history.
